Are you ready to dive into a world of creativity, exploration, and pure fun? We’ve got an exciting event coming your way!

Calling all you crafty peeps who thrive on unleashing your inner artist! If you’re passionate about creating, exploring new cities, learning fresh skills, and bonding with fellow craft enthusiasts, then this event is tailor-made for you!

Join me and Kimberly Payne of Straight Stitch Designs as we take this retreat to the vibrant city of Vancouver, BC – a haven for artisans, dreamers, and adventurers alike. Prepare to be enchanted by the breathtaking scenery, eclectic vibes, and endless inspiration!

Registration

Alumni | Single Room – $2125 USD | Double Room – $1800 USD

Regular | Single Room – $2275 USD | Double Room – $1950 USD

Costs are All-Inclusive |  Except for transportation to and from the retreat. 

Lodging | 3 nights at The Listel Hotel in Vancouver BC. At time of registration choose between a single or double room.

Meals | Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast as well as morning and afternoon beverage and snack breaks are included.  If you have any food allergies we can accommodate. Dinners will be eaten out at various restaurants in Vancouver.

Supplies | All supplies needed for the projects are included with registration.

Sewing Machines | There will be sewing machines for your use during the retreat, but if you would prefer to bring your own machine you are welcome to do that.

Payment Plan | There is a payment plan option at time of registration with half due up front. The remaining payments are due in two additional payments.

Cancellation | Due to the nature of creating this event, your registration is non-refundable after the time of purchase.  If you are unable to attend though you are more than welcome to transfer your registration to another participant.  If for any reason I am forced to cancel the event you will be refunded the full amount you paid.

Join us for a "Sewcial" - sew, craft and connect with friends.  Come learn and have fun!
This Sewcial is all about luxurious spa like linens that you can make for yourself or give as a gift! Making your own washcloths and face wipes are an economical and environmentally friendly alternative to store bought/one time use products. All supplies & tools will be provided. However, students are encouraged to bring in old unwanted towels to upcycle or fabric to use as well.

BYOB - Bring your own beverage (wine, beer, sparkling water etc…)

Light snacks will be provided.

This Sewcial is all about jewelry and fashion accessories. We will make earrings, a bracelet and a ring out of fabric and other findings. All supplies & tools will be provided to make one of each item. However, students are encouraged to bring to class any fabric, beads or findings that they may want to incorporate into their creations or make more if time allows.

Learn to Sew - Room Decor (9-15 Yr Olds)

Sewing is fun and a great life skill. This camp is all about building sewing skills; from hand sewing to machine sewing; you will learn about seams, sewing on buttons, inserting zippers, mending and more. We will create multiple projects throughout the week to practice your new skills that will help you to build up to more complicated projects.
